Appointments
New patient appointments are scheduled over the phone after receipt of the initial interest form. Established clients may schedule through the patient portal, or by calling our office during business hours at 503-477-7878.
New Clients
To begin treatment with Sunstone Psychiatric the Initial Interest Form must be completed. Once received, it will be reviewed by the clinical team to assure a good fit. You will be contacted by phone within five to seven business days to schedule an initial appointment or be provided with appropriate referrals.
